End User License Agreement (EULA)

This application ("Nilo") is licensed to you, not sold, by Alexander Fitterling (sp33c.tech), Wöhrder Kreuzgasse 8, 90489 Nürnberg, Germany, email info@sp33c.tech ("the Provider").
1. Parties
This agreement is between you and the Provider only, and not with Apple. The Provider, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
2. Scope of licence
You are granted a non-transferable licence to use Nilo on any Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Usage Rules.
3. Features & data
Nilo stores timers locally and can — if you create an account — sync them between your devices with end-to-end encryption. Your password and the encryption keys never leave your device; the Provider cannot read your content. If you lose your password, encrypted data cannot be recovered.
4. Subscription (Pro)
Optional Pro features are billed as a subscription or purchase through your Apple ID account. Renewal and management take place in your App Store settings.
5. Maintenance & support
The Provider is solely responsible for maintenance and support; Apple has no obligation to provide it. Support: info@sp33c.tech.
6. Warranty
The app is provided "as is". In the event of a defect, you may request a refund of the purchase price from Apple; any liability beyond that is borne by the Provider to the extent permitted by law.
7. Product & legal claims
The Provider, not Apple, is responsible for claims relating to product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection claims, as well as third-party claims that the app infringes intellectual-property rights.
8. Legal compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. embargo or that has been designated as "terrorist-supporting", and that you are not listed on any U.S. list of prohibited or restricted parties.
9. Apple as third-party beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.
